Boxboard Packaging Company obtained a 14 day temporary restraining order in Huron County Common Pleas Court limiting pickets to two at each entrance across three sites. A hearing for a preliminary injunction is set for Monday morning. The company alleges Local 731 blocked entries and used threats to keep workers and materials from entering or leaving. Three incidents in the past week are cited at the St. Mary's street plant.
