Burglary in Houston turns violent at Johnson home

Mrs. Johnson displays a handgun used to wound a burglar who had previously been burned with a hot iron and tear gas. The intruder attempted another break in the residence of Dr. and Mrs. James C. Marine Pleaded For Life Beating During training killed Pvt Lynn McClure

Marines who beat Pvt Lynn McClure say he was on his knees begging God to stop as larger recruits struck him with pugil sticks for about 45 minutes to prove motivation. Three sergeants and a captain face courts martial on charges from negligent homicide to manslaughter in the Texan's death after brain damage from the beating at the depot. Zoellner vows suit after Huron County Airport lease cancel

Ron Zoellner says he will sue the Huron County Airport Authority over cancelling his fixed-lease at the county airport.
