Norwalk Charter Issue Still Unresolved by City Council
The Norwalk Chamber of Commerce urged a November election on a city charter. Since Feb 21 council heard the proposal and took no action. Mayor Finch and Council President Crawford say no further study is known. City Solicitor Waugh has a ready resolution but notes 120 day rule and July 10 earliest adoption to place the issue on the November ballot.
