Lucinda was first taken to Fisher Titus Hospital then transferred to Elyria Memorial Hospital in serious condition with possible skull fracture and elbow fracture.

Woman In Accident Is In Poor Condition
An 83 year old woman, Clara Fowler of Milliman Road, is listed in poor condition at Fisher Titus Hospital after a two car collision at Route 61 and Milliman Road.
