Man Held On Murder Charge After Elks Shooting
A Frederick man, Jesse Lamond Holland, 23, was jailed on a murder charge after a fatal shooting of Charles Edward Palmer on West All Saints Street near the Elks Home. Police report Palmer was shot three times with a pistol. Holland’s preliminary hearing was scheduled for Thursday.
