Armed Robbery Of Man In Woodsboro and Frederick
State and city police investigated two robberies within 48 hours. Henry Smith of Woodsboro was held up by two men with a revolver near Md 194, losing $200. A Frederick man, Charles Fogle of Adam Road, was mugged on West Al Saints street Thursday night, with $150 and personal papers taken after alighting a cigarette. Police sought two white suspects in the Woodsboro case and two colored suspects in the Frederick attack.

Police said a hit and run on South Market Street near Patrick Street at 12 17 a m involved William A Zimmerman of West Patrick Street. The other car fled. Benjamin Franklin Dale of Damascus was later apprehended in Urbana. Zimmermans 1937 Ford sustained 35 damage and Dales 1956 Chevy incurred property damage.

Change at Cullen Hospital debated by State boards
