Ground breaks for Maryland co housing at Libertytown
A groundbreaking ceremony Friday launched Liberty Village Co housing off Md 26 in Libertytown as Maryland's first such community. In Frederick County, officials praised the pioneers behind the plan, noting 38 homes are planned with 21 families ready to move in and first homes due by year end 1999 after Woodsboro Bank approved financing.
