Juvenile Rule Waived On Three Juvenile Offenders
Three area boys had their juvenile jurisdiction waived in Juvenile Court by Chief Judge Patrick M Schnauffer. They will face charges in Magistrate's Court. Calvin Layton 16 formerly of Harrington Del arrested Sept 27 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Robert W Ledford 16 near Mt Avy arrested for breaking and entering larceny and attempted arson. Jesse Leon Ault 17 Harpers Ferry W Va charged with unauthorized use. The boy is serving a sentence in the Washington County jail.
