Police arrest man for assault at Buckeystown property
Maryland State Police say a 35 year old man, Philip Walter Knecht, tenant of Rep Roscoe Artratt, was charged with second degree assault and possession of a controlled dangerous substance after a domestic disturbance at 4800 Buckeystown Pike. Troopers reported Knecht threatened to kill his wife Renae Harrison and himself. she and their two children were evacuated. A rifle, seven vials of cocaine residue, and drug paraphernalia were found inside. Knecht surrendered after a perimeter was set. bail set at 110000.
