Firefighters Battle Southern Blaze Near Bluff Mountain

Man Injured After Stolen Car Crash in Germantown
A man stole a Honda Accord and crashed into a Chevrolet Silverado on Middlebrook Road west of I 270 in Germantown, injuring himself and Ronald Johnson, 45, of Damascus, who was hospitalized with non life threatening injuries. Police said the suspect was unnamed and unconscious with no identification. The car had been reported stolen from a Gaithersburg apartment complex earlier Wednesday.
