Woman dies in Wolfsville Road fire in Frederick County

Laura Wesson 39 is identified as the sole occupant of a two story log home at 10933 Wolfsville Road. Firefighters were summoned at 6 40 am by a neighbor and the roof collapsed soon after arrival. Investigators say she was in a second floor bedroom when the fire started. The 1700s log home suffered an $80 000 loss and the cause is under investigation.
