Halloween Party at Westminster Draws Colorful Costumes
About 500 costumed contestants gathered at Westminster High School for a Sunday Halloween event featuring a magic show by Ray beee and a display of costumes from jack‑in‑the‑box to stegosaurus. Notable entries included Stephanie Roth a 17‑month‑old dressed for the stage, and Davi Powell wearing a witch doctor look. Judges awarded prizes for Cutest Most Colorful and Weirdest costumes, while the magician performed tricks with pigeons and a segmented box routine.
