Bicycle police arrest suspect after chase on Bentz Street
Frederick City bicycle police arrested Jermaine Langley after a pursuit behind 1178 Bentz Street. Langley allegedly struck Officer Wayne Trapp, fled, and dropped a package containing marijuana and PCP while wanted on probation violation and cocaine distribution charges. He was charged with battery on a police officer resisting arrest possession of marijuana and PCP.
