Damascus Man Charged With Daughter's Murder
A 33 year old plumber was arrested and charged with the murder of his nine year old daughter Donna Anne Stern. The child died at Suburban Hospital from burns and bruises after a pattern of mistreatment. Walter T. Stern Jr. is held without bond at the County Detention Center. Teacher Killed On I-70 Near Boonsboro
A school teacher died in an early morning crash on I-70 east of Beaver Creek Washington County when his small foreign car struck the rear of a tractor trailer.
