Washington March 7 Rep Sol Bloom Democrat Kentucky chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee died tonight of a heart attack. He was slated to be 79 the day after tomorrow and died at 850 pm EST in the Naval Hospital Bethesda Maryland after entering March 4. His passing marks the second Congress death in about 328 hours following Sen Melgie Broughton of North Carolina who died Sunday morning.
