Goes To Jail On Charge Of Drunken Driving
Charges of drunken driving operating on revoked license and non support were heard before Magisterate Alton Y Bennett in Peoples Court this morning. Joseph Manuel Dodson of Baltimore was found guilty of drunken driving and sentenced to 60 days in jail. He was attempting to pay the fine and costs of 101.45 dollars. Officer Denver Shook arrested Dodson around 8:30 p.m. on North Market Street. Edward George Runkles Brunswick was convicted of operating a motor vehicle on revoked license and jailed for 60 days for inability to pay fine of 100.75 dollars, though he was making an effort to pay. Rankles was arrested on West Patrick Street by Officer Marshall Murray around 2:45 p.m. Saturday. The non-support case was continued pending the defendant Harry E Henderson Ijamsville securing work to support his wife and five minor children.
