Twin Foals Born At Mt Pleasant Farm On Peggy B Muscling Out Two
On May 22 at Mt Pleasant Farm, Joseph and Mrs Voon welcomed a rare set of twin Morgan foals from 20-year-old Peggy B. First born twins present unique challenges from stamina to feeding as caretakers install dual partitions to protect and feed both foals. The sire Count Ben aida Vona, a homebred stallion, is noted for his standout Morgan traits. Peggy B’s first known twins in her two decades of breeding prompt continued vigil and careful management to ensure both foals thrive.
