Study Finds No Increase in Pesticide Retention in Bodies
Chicago researchers report that body stores of chlorinated pesticides have not risen since 1951. Analyzing fat from 282 autopsy subjects, lindane and DDT appeared most, with DDT levels stable over time and most converted to the less toxic derivative DDE. Endrin absent. dieldrin found only in small amounts.
