Myra Breckenridge review and Lincoln sound and light show
Richard Leichert reviews the controversial film Myra Breckenridge starring Mae West and Raquel Welch, noting its surreal fantasy, Vidal influence, mixed opinions of director Michael Larne, and Mae West’s standout performance. The piece also covers Ford's Theatre sound and light production about Lincoln's assassination, with Lee J. Cobb, James Earl Jones, and Stacy Keach, plus technical innovations. It ends with Charles Price challenging the sitting judge principle in Maryland judicial elections.
