Guitarists Rend The Guitar In Its Noblest Role
Frederick readers enjoyed a rare classical guitar recital as Celia and Pepe Romero, young virtuosi from a renowned family, performed with exceptional finesse. The program mixed solos and two duets, spanning 18th century to Flamenco pieces, showcasing technical prowess and expressive depth. The audience, though limited by the hall, heard delicate nuances clearly, affirming the guitar as a serious concert instrument.
