In Rockville a driving fatality occurred Thursday when Florence Nelson 87 died after a red light crash on Glen Allen Avenue. Her daughter Charlotte Wotring 66 remained in fair condition at Suburban Hospital. Kyle Cook 29 of Silver Spring drove a Cadillac that struck Nelson’s Dodge, then continued into traffic where a Buick struck head on. All involved wore seatbelts except Nelson. Investigation continues.
