Water restored after Linganore main break flood
About 80 000 to 100 000 gallons were lost when a six inch asbestos cement water main broke at Eaglehead Drive and Old Stonehouse Lane. Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Co. contractor Henkels and McCoy failed to contact the county before work. Crews repaired the line by 10 30 p.m. and 300 Linganore homes regained service.
