Impersonators of Klan Prosecuted
Justice M A Younkins dismissed assault charges against three men accused by Klan officials of impersonating Klansmen in Sandy Hook. Witnesses testified the assault was by Klansmen themselves, not impersonators, and the impersonators were cleared. A tree was used as the trial venue due to crowd size.
