Local notes from Medford and surrounding towns
Robert Palmer underwent back surgery at Providence hospital in Medford on May 4 and expects release at home on May 1. Mrs Flenige Perkins was discharged from Mast Hospital Monday and is recuperating at home. Visitors included the Walter Becker family from Myrtle Point and the Oscar Palmquist family in Cottage Grove. Z L Clausen and Jimmy King attended the Bend Rotary convention with stops in Eugene and Roseburg.
