Fashion Hints for 1963 Relaxed Silhouettes and Knits
The 1963 fashion forecast favors a relaxed silhouette with double knits. For home sewers choose patterns for jersey or lightweight wools and avoid bias cuts. Underspin fabrics with a firm straight petticoat and soft silk linings, plus careful seam finishing and zigzag stitching, ensure durable results.
