Broadbent Grange Hosts First Meeting of Year
The Broadbent Grange held its first meeting of the year Saturday with all five new officers in attendance. Members O Ferguson and John Ryan were initiated into the first two degrees. Lecturer Glen Gulstrom gave an interesting talk. Home Economics ladies met at the Grange hall for their monthly session with committees formed and year activities planned. Refreshments featured coffee and cake as attendees listed include Mrs Johnnie Green Virginia Porter Catherine Nelson Dorothy Hermann Alfie Royer Harriet Gulstrom and others. A trip to Roseburg was taken by Arzie Smith Mrs Bryce Evernden Gary Pegsy Smith and Mrs Ray Emery.
