Foreclosure Sale Noted in Coos County Oregon Court
In pursuance of a decree of foreclosure and order of sale dated July 20 1939 in the Circuit Court of Oregon for Coos County in the suit Douglas Building and Loan Association v Eva A Traver et al the court will expose the real property in Coos County Oregon to public auction on Saturday August 26 1830 at 10 00 AM at the Coquille courthouse. The sale covers the South 31 feet of Lot 4 in Block 17 and other specified terms including debt of 766 23 to be paid with interest and 100 attorney fees plus costs. The decree also includes an execution issued July 22 1939.
