University of Iowa Summer Repertory Theatre Tickets On Sale
Iowa City tickets go on sale for four plays in nightly rotation starting July 7 at the University Box Office. Prices are 1.50 for non-students and free for summer session students with ID and registration. Plays include The Fantasticks, A Thousand Clowns, The Underpants, and A Slow Dance on the Killing Ground with summer dates listed.

Parnelli Jones denounced USAC for changing gas turbine rules after the Turbocar near won the Indianapolis 500. He says he was not invited to testify during Indianapolis sessions and asserts he has no ax to grind. The STP Paxton Turbocar, built by Andy Granatelli, was shown publicly in Torrance California. Relatives and friends will gather Wednesday to honor the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr and Mrs Clarence F Wunnenberg. He was stationed in Mediapolis and she from Iowa City before their July 5 1917 wedding in Oquawka Illinois. He served in Battery F 19th Field Artillery and later became Morning Sun postmaster from 1947 to 1966.
