Schuler age 79 died Monday funeral Thursday at St Joseph the Worker Church Wheeling. Visitation at Lauterburg and Oehler Arlington Heights. Interment Maryhill Cemetery Niles. Survived by Bertha wife daughter Laverne Ziegler son Norbert A four grandchildren and three sisters Anna Elwart Catherine Elwart Elizabeth.

Deshler teen’s sign inspires Nixon campaign remark

In Deshler Ohio 13 year old Vicki Lynne Cole held a sign reading Bring us together as Nixon spoke on a whistle stop. Nixon recalled seeing the poster and said bringing people together would be his administration’s purpose. The girl and her father Rev. David Cole played down ownership of the sign.
