Mount Dora Bible School Cross Country Team Heads to State Meet
Mount Dora Bible School qualified for the State Cross Country meet in Fort Lauderdale after undefeated regular season. At the Lakes and Hills Conference championship on November 9, five runners swept the top five positions in a 35-runner field. The District meet on November 11 at Edgewater High School saw the Bible School place second among 28 runners. Junior class events and Rotary chicken supper fundraiser supported school needs, with plans for a PTA Turkey Dinner on Thanksgiving Day and new Pep Club officers named for 1967-68.
