Shiner Legion and VFW promote Fourth of July in Moulton
A Shiner group from the American Legion Post and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post visited Moulton on Saturday to advertise the town Fourth of July Celebration. The Shiner "Hobo" Band played in town with Basil Bell performing an accordion solo. The celebration program was announced over the public address system.

Mr. W C Batey and family are temporarily located at Bryan Texas where Mr Batey is attending a summer course at Texas A and M College. Mr Batey is coach of athletics in the Moulton Public Schools. Mrs. Mary Marek has returned from Fredericksburg Texas where she has been visiting relatives and friends.
