Optimistic Space Program Financing Idea from Navy Expert

A Navy space expert proposes financing the moon program with a yearly tax by about five million taxpayers, equating the cost to a carton of cigarettes or a bottle of whisky. He notes a moon mission would reveal lunar surface makeup and radio transmission traits from space. The University of Wisconsin entomology department says stings occur only if you strike or sit on bees wasps and hornets, offering no proof.
