Clipping from a newspaper column on world affairs and aurora view
The clipping reviews views from Norman, governor of the Bank of England, on directing world affairs and the difficulty of predicting outcomes. It then shifts to North American aurora observations described as arch light with pulsating streamers, colors of apple green and lavender. The piece ends by noting contradictory statements in a columnist’s notes and quotations about governance and ambition.
