Autogiro ride and jokes in Moravia column of 1982
A 1982 Moravia column muses on mood shifts and humor as ships arrive only as receiverships. It humorously recounts Good and Devine jailed in Waterloo, a wild rabbit tale in Atlantic Iowa, a candle through a board physics stunt, and discusses inertia in business. Preparations for a Diamond Jubilee and autogiro ride loom as the writer plans attire and gear before Mr Hoover’s nomination news.
