Damage Reported In Two Monticello Accidents Last Week
Two accidents were reported by the Monticello Police last week. A 1967 Chevrolet owned by Richard Lee Chapman received about $150 damage when struck while parked on First Street near Edwards Dept. Store. A 1959 GMC pickup driven by William Lee Meyer collided with a 1974 Chevrolet driven by Dewain Franklin Sherrill near the intersection of Cedar and E Dunham Streets on December 8 about 10:25 a.m. Both vehicles sustained about $100 damage to the pickup and the Chevrolet.
