Two Minor Accidents Reported in Monticello
Slippery roads blamed for two mishaps last week in Monticello. Patsy Genda of Niles Michigan struck a parked Buick owned by Clarence Behrends on North Main near Second Street at 10 58 a m causing $110 damage to the Mercury and total damage to the Buick. Audrey Bohlken of Monticello and Bessie Austin of Anamosa collided at N Cedar and First Streets at 9 42 a m December 3. Bohlken’s 1968 Buick was rear damaged $125 while Austin’s 1965 Buick sustained about $120 damage.
