Survived by husband, daughters Mabel Corkes Adela Skinner and Exne, son John, sisters Jennie McBride Pearl Antalock, brother Leon McBride.
Melvin Cuer Purdy aged 18 died at Thrall Hospital after an illness. He was born August 19, 1889 at Slate Hill, son of Nathan Cuer Purdy and a Kelley, and attended the Presbyterian Sunday school. He was a member of Warawanda Grange and the Young Peoples Club of Slate and South Centreville. Survived by two brothers and four sisters at home. Mrs Addie Nora Phillips Robbins, longtime resident of the city, died after one week of illness at Somery Street. Born in New Hampton, she married William Augustus Robbins January 1, 1862. She belonged to Scotchtown Presbyterian Church. Surviving family includes a daughter and a grandson.
Anthony Hellman of Beacon formerly of this city died May 1 from complications of diseases. He is survived by his wife and children Anna M. Marie, A. Gerwude, Edward, and Earl J. at home. Mrs Hellman is a daughter of Welsh in this city.
