Warren JVS levy push aims to save 1980 operating fund
Warren County Joint Vocational School Superintendent James Hough plans a multifaceted campaign to win voter approval for a 3.5 mill operating levy set to take effect in 1980. The levy would replace the expiring 5.3 mill levy, freeing about 400,000 annually for equipment, maintenance, and operational costs as enrollments rise in 25 programs for local juniors and seniors from six districts.
