Guam Air Force computer ties refugee kin to kin

Vincent Patterson designed the initial program and Capt. Leonard Amerise led refinements to capture name, nationality, passport status, age, sex, weight, arrival and departure times, and camp location, aiding daily refugee lists for kin reunions.
