Buckeye Furnace restoration opens at Ohio Historical Society site
Buckeye Furnace in the Hanging Rock District is reopened as a reconstructed 1851 charcoal iron furnace complex. The revived site includes engine houses sheds and a gift center with hours daily May through October. Admission is $1 for adults with free entry for children 12 and under.
