Franklin seeks post office move amid liquor store space debate
A Franklin report weighs relocating the downtown post office as a state liquor store near 351 S Main St seeks more space. Store manager Jacob Eby notes high sales and tight shelves, while city leaders discuss buying a larger downtown site with bonds to aid a state outlet expansion. Postmaster says postal decision in three weeks, with downtown sites still under review.
