Retiree keeps circus dream alive in miniature
Harlan Kline, 70, retired Lansing budget director, was inspired as a boy by elephants watering in his Owosso yard. He crafts more than 100 miniature circus pieces from cereal boxes and wood, displays them at home, and shares them with schools and groups while dressed as a clown and playing a calliope.
