A federal grand jury indicted two Ohio men on charges of conspiring to deal in stolen securities worth 225000 dollars. Joseph F. Mainer of Youngstown and Edward J. Farris of Struthers transported 125 stolen Sperry-Rand shares plus other securities from Newark to New York last May. They were arrested May 23 and are free on 5000 dollar bonds each.
