Olympia Fields landlord charged after fatal Calumet Park shooting
A landlord, Stephen A. Rich of Olympia Fields, was fatally shot by a tenant at 12552 S Ashland Ave Calumet Park. The shooter, Zane Johnson 36, turned himself in two hours later. Johnson reportedly confronted Rich over past due rent as Rich’s teenage son watched from a nearby truck.
