Brooks Field to see switch in fixed base operators
Marshall Aviation Center proposes to become the new fixed base operator at Brooks Field and seek the airport manager post. Brooks Aero Inc. currently holds the FBO contract with Scott Southwell as airport manager. Transition talks are to resolve who handles management as June 1 approaches.
