A brief wedding notice from Bellingham Reveille reports Miss Evalyn Bliss daughter of Mr and Mrs Jas Bliss wed Mr Ed Urfer son of Mr and Mrs Urfer of Lynden at 10 30 yesterday morning on the Marietta road with Rev Mc Phail officiating. The bride wore white net and carried white carnations. Lillian Adams and Cecil Urfer assisted. The couple left for Seattle for a honeymoon and plan to live in Lynden afterward.
R. B. Le Cocq and Dr. D. Mulder drove to Seattle Monday and returned Tuesday.
