Doamace Suit Heads To 9:30 A.M. In District Court
A damage suit resumes in With District Court at 9:30 a.m. with Alfred Watley and R J Lincoln suing Thomas E Powe and Orilla Powe for 60350. The plaintiffs say Mrs Watley and passengers were injured in a two-vehicle collision at East 2nd Street and Cherry Avenue. The Powes counterclaim 825 for auto damages. A separate County Court case by Earl McQuiston against Mr and Mrs Patterson ended without damages from a Jan 7 1967 crash on U S 82 two miles northeast of Loop 289.

Phi Gamma Delta Plans Annual Aid Trip to Girlstown
Members of Phi Gamma Delta at Texas Tech will visit Girlstown U S A at 8 30 a m Saturday for their fourth annual service project. They have previously planted 400 Arizona Cypress trees to form a windbreak and now plan roofing, carpeting, painting, gardening and other campus improvements.
