The City of Lordsburg adopts by reference the Fire Prevention Code 1965 Edition as revised October 1966 to regulate hazards from fire or explosion. A Bureau of Fire Prevention is established under the Fire Department with penalties up to 300 dollars or 90 days for violations. The ordinance is declared effective immediately and includes appeals, severability, and repeal of conflicting ordinances. Published June 13, 1969.
