Harvest of the Arts in Wellington at Willard Square
Wellington hosts its 41st Harvest of the Arts from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 15 at 101 Willard Memorial Square with about 60 vendors a quilt raffle and lunch in Friends Cafe. Girl Scouts relocate Lorain office to Sheffield site
Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio will shutter its Lorain location to open a more girl focused center in Sheffield. The Lorain service center at 6111 S. Broadway remains open until the new facility is ready as Troop 50833 under Morgan Castillo marks its four year run meeting there. All 11 members from Ely Elementary, Powers Elementary and St Joseph’s attend Elyria Lorain Amherst area schools and joined the troop since kindergarten.
