PG&E bills could jump 25 per cent
PG&E faces multiple rate actions in 1973 that would lift the average California household gas bill about 19 percent and electricity about 25 percent. New unemployment plan unlikely this year

Sextuplets Born Sunday In Satisfactory Condition
An accountant's wife who used fertility drugs delivered six babies Sunday night in Denver. Four boys and two girls, weighing under two pounds to just under three, were seven weeks premature but breathing. The father, Eugene Stanek, 31, said five names are chosen for the infants. The mother Edna Stanek and all six babies remain in satisfactory condition.
